Assistant Manager - Content Marketing - Advertising/PR Firm (6-12 yrs)

Job Description

Looking for a creative, energetic story-teller to take full responsibility of our content marketing and communications. Our ideal candidate is a marketing professional, preferably with a combination of copy writing, graphic designing and people skills. You should be able to develop engaging content for driving engagement & leads, and internal & external communications.

- Developing quarterly and yearly Content Marketing strategies, plans and editorial calendars across all Crescendo Group International companies.

- Developing creative and engaging content across various formats i.e. web pages, blogs, guest posts, whitepapers, info-graphics, video scripts, posters, press releases or any Marketing collateral for lead generation; driving online conversions, and internal & external communications.

- Generating content that is consistent with each of the Crescendo Group International companies- brand communication and SEO strategy.

- Collaborating with stakeholders to ideate, strategize and decide messaging, value propositions and overall content for all Marketing collateral.

- Performing all steps of content development i.e. from research/ideation, designing, editing, reviewing, and proofreading to publication.

- Managing all social media accounts using tools Hootsuite or Buffer.

- Tracking, analyzing and developing action plans based on Social Analytics and Social Listening data to optimize content for our target audiences.

The skills you- ll need:

- You understand that an employer brand is more than a logo, and know how to communicate the value prop of working at our company both authentically and transparently

- You- re a great storyteller and writer, and can create content from blogs to emails to videos of yourself as well as enlist internal and external content creators

- You inspire employees to create and share their stories and employer reviews, amplifying our reach and influence throughout the candidate journey

- You can teach and empower recruiters on how to tell our story effectively to attract and nurture candidates

- You practice inbound marketing and SEO, and can get your content found when and where people are searching

- You develop a deep understanding of your target audience to ensure your messaging hits home

- You live on social media, and can attract followers and keep them engaged

- You- ve built a pipeline / database of leads who read your texts, open your emails and respond to your content

- You- re curious, resourceful, a self-starter, a creative problem solver, an organized project manager and a team player who can also do it all yourself without needing a lot of resources or budget

Additionally:

- Bachelor's degree with a major in Marketing, Communications or Journalism, MBA a plus, 4-8 years if experience working in content development

- Effective and clear written and verbal communication and presentation skills

- Experience writing press releases, newsletters, sell sheets, web content, etc.

- Excellent organizational, analytical and planning skills with great attention to detail

- Superior teamwork and excellent time management skills

- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure & meet deadlines
