The app promotes fun learning and focuses on the mastery of the subject, ensuring that the new age kids possess critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills.

- As an Asst Manager Client Acquisition, your responsibility will be to be a part of a closely-knit small team of passionate individuals with a single-minded focus to sell India's first genuinely world-class Edtech learning classes.

What you will do :

- Calling on hot leads and planning your home-based/ center-based counseling sessions

- Visiting Parents homes to take home-based counseling sessions or planning your counseling sessions at the company's learning centers

- Creating impressive presentations and creating content to be able to convert the hot leads

- Converting leads and generating revenue

- Achieving agreed conversion rate from inquiry to admissions.

- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual student enrollment budgets

Candidate Profile :

What you need to have :

- A keen desire to drive the Business Development/ Sales for a fast-growing seed-funded early-stage startup

- An apparent Founder's mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up Business Development/ Sales and shape it independently like a Founder

- Ability to hustle and make cold calls

- Sales Mindset

- Ability to take demos and convince parents

- A keen desire to achieve targets and make incentive

- Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar education startup preferred.

- B2C background must
