JOB DESCRIPTION - SALES - CHANNEL PARTNER
Position title : Assistant Manager
Location: Thane
Department: Sales & Marketing Organizational relationships
Reports to: Director - Sales Manager
Coordinates with: Internal Team, Clients, Vendors etc
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing primarily with the Sourcing of Channel Partners
- To Develop an effective channel partner sales strategy.
- To source clients through channel partners.
- Motive to reach maximum market and also tap potentianl channel partners Dealing with all the IPCs and local brokers of respective location.
- To arrange various promotion activities
Major Challenges :
- Sourcing of Channel Partners
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Understanding market situations
- Knowledge of industry dynamics
- Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 3- 5 years of experience in Real Estate industry
CTC offered - 5 lakhs p.a. to 6 lakhs p.a.
