Assistant Manager - Business Development - Store Site (2-5 yrs)
We are hiring for the subject role for a Leading Brand who will be responsible for the following KRA's:
- Working on P&L & strategies for new sites
- Visiting the new sites across India and conduct first level screening of properties
- Working on city profiles and property presentations
- Connecting with Mall Management and Owners for documentation.
- Coordination and follow up with landlords (malls, consultants & Highstreet)
- Maintaining and Updation of required reports
- Filing and Maintaining of G Doc for all documents and properties
