Business Development Manager


Talent Fishers is looking for Dynamic and energetic professional to perform Business Development Operations in India.

Job Responsibilities :

- Qualify leads from a variety of sources (e.g. LinkedIn, Forums, webinar attendees, web visitors, etc.) via email, telephone calls and online research.

- Identify prospects, researching the leads (prospects) responding to folks who have responded to outbound email campaigns.

- Source new sales Lead/Opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails

- Building relationships with new clients in an attempt to increase the business.

- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly Targets

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

- Mapping the Decision Makers of the prospective clients

- Keeping a track on movements of decision makers within Organization

- Keeping a track of demand of Manpower in Existing clients / Prospective Clients

- Keeping a track of major projects, Industries Growth of the Prospective Companies

- Ensuring Constant Generation of Mandates from Existing Clients

- Farming of the existing/acquired clients to ensure penetration within divisions, groups companies.

- Coordinating within the Organization with Recruiters, Head Hunters for ensuring smooth delivery

- Responsible for ensuring smooth client coordinators

- Ensuring End to End client management including Invoicing and collections

- 5-6 years of experience in Business expansion, Account Mining and New business development

- Formulate innovative and proactive business plan and sales strategies, good business acumen, hunt new business, open new accounts, salvage accounts, retain loyal clients, accelerate business relationship, financial analysis for good business model

- Play a key role in Business Development / Client Acquisition by mapping potential and prospective clients across the region followed by pitching and positioning our staffing services to clients.

- Good listening, convincing and organizing skills with ability to balance business needs .

- Excellent research, communication, and team-building skills.

- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure and fast paced environments, from start-up to Fortune five hundred companies.

- Aggressively committed to client satisfaction.

- Resourcing / recruitment / Management

Requirements :

- Experience in Recruitment & Staffing industry is mandatory.

- Proven Business Development experience

- Track record of over-achieving Targets

- Strong phone presence and experience dialling a specified number of calls per day


- Proficient in corporate productivity and web presentation tools

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a good Neutral accent

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Vertical Experience and know how of Manufacturing firms, Retail, Consumer Goods, Engineering Companies, Construction Companies, Automobile Ancillary Industries, FMCG will be preferred.

- Should have dealt with MNC or Top Brand.

- Should carry rich connects within Industry preferably with Human Resource / Talent Acquisition Teams / Procurement Teams
