Assistant Manager - Business Development - BFSI (0-5 yrs)
Preferred Skills/Experience:
A finance professional having demonstrated ability to drive business objectives with corporate customers. Experience in dynamic working environment with strong business management skills. Strong interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills. Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Candidate should preferably be from either of the following backgrounds:
- Commercial Banking - Trade Finance - NBFC
- knowledge of Structured Trade Finance and International Trade products
- knowledge of credit products, commercial lending policy, applicable laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Well-developed negotiation and networking ability
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and develop customised solutions for clients
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company
- Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated PC skills and use of Microsoft Office Products to include Word, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent time management skills
Qualification :
- Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
