Leading Singapore based Fintech set up requires Asst Manager ( Brand communication )-- South Delhi

One of our client s leading Fintech company which is a 100% subsidiary of a Singapore based company working in Digital Payments, Instant Rewards and Gift Vouchers space. It is the largest enabler and aggregator of Digital Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards / Micro mini payments for 125 + brands like Levis, Flipkart, Marks and Spencer, Dominos etc. The clientele spreads across 200 + clients across verticals like BFSI, Loyalty, Retail, E-com like HDFC Bank, Amazon, SBI, Axis Bank, Payback, Paytm, Colgate, Asian Paints, Dell, Havells etc to name a few.

We are looking for Asst Manager (Brand communication) for our client office in south delhi

1) Client - Singapore based fintech company

2) Role- Asst Manager ( Brand communication)

3) Experience- 1- 3 years of relevant experience in client sevicing/ brand servicing with good PPT / Excel skills

4) Excellent communication skills

4) Location- South Delhi

5) Joining - 15 days

It is the largest enabler and aggregator of Digital Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards / Micro mini payments for 125 + brands like Levis, Flipkart, Marks and Spencer, Dominos etc. The clientele spreads across 200 + clients across verticals like BFSI, Loyalty, Retail, E-com like HDFC Bank, Amazon, SBI, Axis Bank, Payback, Paytm, Colgate, Asian Paints, Dell, Havells etc. to name a few.The client is the market leader owning 60% of the market share as per numbers with a footprint covering 90% space. The company has grown more than 150% on year-on-year basis for last 3 years.

Objectives of the Role-KRA's

- To be efficient enough to handle existing, new and prospect customers.

- Cultivating solid relationships with clients

- Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.

- Client Interactions and servicing

KRA's :

- AM Client Servicing will become the principle contact person for client assigned to them.

2. Ensure that each client is being maintained and supported by us appropriately.

3. Responsible for documenting the clients future requirements, which outlines the tasks or projects that they wish to undertake over a period of time.

4. Maintain a big picture view for each client and look for growth opportunities for the client in the future.

5. Maintain a regular visitation program with our client base with appropriate levels of focus on the various grades of . clients within the allocated base

 Skills Required :

1. Good Com skills

2. Should have good knowledge of excel ( VLOOK, PIVOT TABLE) and PPT
