We are hiring for an Assistant Manager profile for Area Sales for a leading financial company.
Designation: Assistant Manager Area Sales
CTC: 7.5 lacs+ Incentives+ Allowances
Criteria and expected skills:
Should have experience of at least a year of managing a retail team in the open market environment.
Preferred Industries:
Telecom, Postpaid, Retails sales, Manager (not Telesales / Not SME or Enterprise).
Payment Industry - Retail Acquisition.
Insurance Industry, Sale Manager Managing a Direct Sales Channel (Not Agency / Not Distributor).
Collections Manager (Unsecured/Telecom).
Expected Skillset:
Managed DST (FOS Model).
Good Communication Skills. (He/she will be managing relationship with senior Railway officials of the assigned station).
Good productivity understanding.
Job Responsibilities:
Will be based out of SSP Offices, but will have to spend the majority of his time on the station assigned driving sourcing.
Will be overseeing 2 shifts (5 am to 2 pm & 2 pm to 11 pm), hence should be willing to visit stations during early morning and late evening hours.
Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 7,50,000 P.A.
