- Achieving sales targets and goals set by Senior Management
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.
- Recruiting and training sales staff.
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Compiling and analysing sales figures weekly.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Ensuring timely replenishments are done based on targets.
- Ensuring smooth launch of Upcoming stores.
- VM is as per company standard across stores.
