Job Description :
We are looking for a Key Account Manager - B2B Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 3 - 4 years of experience having handled a B2B business preferably in the education/skilling industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and visit colleges, and meet the TPO / Principal to seek permission for an on-campus presentation and one-on-one counselling.
- Represent the company as the main Speaker, initiate discussions with students, counselling on career options/advancements etc.
- Implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in your specific area.
- Achieve all individual sales targets in your area by maintaining and creating a close relationship with your institutional partner.
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly targets to the management for decision-making and planning.
- Ensure end-to-end compliance for all Institutional partner deals. Stay updated on new products and services.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Sales / Marketing / Business Administration / Business Management, MBA preferred.
- Should have good geographical intimacy and a proven track record.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be confident in handling queries.
- Passionate about Sales.
