- Ad Sales - Key account & client relationship management. MIS & reporting. Intra team management

- Achievement of Revenue, Collection & Growth Targets of Analogue Platforms

- Formulation of sales strategies for Revenue and Collection Targets

- Monitoring of and review of target achievements

- Process Management

- Agreement Renewals

- Dunning Process & IRD Seeding

- Debt Management/Credit Control

- Follow up for payments on the basis of debt analysis in various customer accounts

- New Sales - Plan and monitor for the new sales as per plan

- Effective, efficient and high revenue generating

Distribution Network / Management

- Distributor Management and Development

- Recommending appointment of Distributors and monitoring their performance

- Planning and monitoring the Distributor infrastructure development
