Job Location : Delhi/Bangalore
Job Role :
- Build and improve relationships with key partners, potential partners, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure revenue expectation of partners are met, and any other partner requirements are catered to, collaborating with internal stakeholders via Growth, Products, Operations etc.
- Drive Monthly business reviews with partners
- Review practices continually to ensure partners get maximum satisfaction from their partnership
- Provide support in Product development to establish process automations.
- Attend to partner complaints and resolve issues promptly
Desired Background :
- Should have performed BD / account management roles in the past preferably.
- Should have knack for data & PnL understanding
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to hustle & think-on-feet.
- Solve problems using first principles thinking
