Assistant - International Sales/Marketing - Research Services (3-8 yrs)
- Your background and qualities :
- Relevant experience/training in similar roles, i.e. as marketing, sales, or accountant assistant.
- You have been working in a B2B sales or marketing organization
- You are used to working with large amounts of customer data
- You work extremely accurately with an eye for detail, even under time pressure
- Confident in working with all common MS Office programs, especially MS Excel
- Experienced in handling database-based software/CRM systems
- High affinity for all things digital
- Motivated self-starter. Independent and reliable way of working
- Willingness to learn about new topics and fields of work (Financial & investment topics)
- Background in international companies. Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Your role :
- As Sales Assistant you will work closely with the Head of Sales to plan, set up and execute sales campaigns to promote online event business sponsoring and advertising packages.
- Your tasks include :
- Planning and setting up sales campaigns
- Reach out to leads via personal sales mails, mass emails, and LinkedIn messages
- Follow up with interesting leads, answering customer requests, send out promotional material and offers
- Research new contacts and contact details via Web and LinkedIn
- Take on responsibility for our customer database and our CRM system
- Ongoing maintenance and updating of contact data
- Creation of management reports
