Assistant General Manager - Sales - Real Estate (5-15 yrs)
Job Description:
- Formulating and Implementing Strategies for the growth of business opportunities and maintaining consistent profitability.
- Formulating Sales Strategy and Implementation.
- Projection and assessment of Market rate/price and trends.
- Effective planning and scheduling to stock clearance of properties within targeted period and allotted budgetary parameters.
- Directing all Financial, Budgeting, Operating, Compliance, Domestic and Foreign Marketing, Public Relations and Administrative functions.
- Taking Care of Planning and Execution of major below the line marketing activities.
- Organizing events, Managing events and Mass presentations.
- Interacting with leading property Consultancy firms, Big Retailers & Brokers, major corporate & HNIs.
- Real Estate Experience is mandatory.
