Assistant General Manager - Sales - Natural Yarn & Filament (5-12 yrs)
As this is a niche, industry specific role, ONLY the candidates from core textile industry - fibre, filament and yarn will be considered.
i. Textile graduate.
ii. Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing in core textile industry preferably in yarn, natural fibres and filaments.
iii. Good textile industry product & market exposure to knits and woven.
i. Developing new customers and agents for their bio fibre arm by generating leads and converting trials into commercial business and reviewing periodic performance on value and profitability.
ii. Building long-term alliances, value chain and region monitoring and leading agents, channel partners to maximise business.
iii. Coordinating with R&D team for product quality optimisation and new developments as well as customer grievances redressal and follow -up.
iv. Devising new sales strategy and promotion program.
v. Extensive customer visit, build and maintain databases on competitors and work on ways to stay ahead in the market.
vi. Preparing sales budgets and monthly BRM and Sales MIS.
vii. Coordinating with the marketing team and external agency for devising an effective communication strategy for brand and product awareness.
viii. Timely payment and meet budgeted sales collection, stock levels, manage and dispose second grade or defective material.
