Hiring AGM - Local Sales OR International sales for a leading Construction Industry.

Location:- Bangalore (hosur)

1. To implement sales strategies in order to improve profit and sales volume

2. Using sales forecasting to ensure the sale & profitability of products; analysing business development & marketing market trends.

3. Generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increase sales growth, identifying prospective business, establishing strategic partnership and alliances.

4. Achieving sales targets and collections set by the management and developing a strategic plan to achieve the goals and vision of the Company.

5. Develop the business of the Company by developing leads, establishing long term strategic alliances and maintaining excellent business relationships.

6. Develop a strong network with Granite merchants, Traders, Buyers and related industries in India and overseas and also lead in identifying new vendors & market for Companys betterment.

7. Set individual employees performance measures and evaluate performance of the team members for compliance with established policies and goals of the Company and contribution in attaining goals.

8. Manage marketing team work force effectively to enable implementation of strategies for achieving the goals of the Company.

9. Ensuring minimum inventory in the factory set by the management from time to time in co-ordination with concerned persons in the factory with regard to slabs and blocks by liquidating the same.

10. Coordinating with Logistics team for the smooth flow and also to meet the targets.

11. Plan for the Local Sales Improvement.

12. Identifying the new Dealers Pan India.

13. Responsible for Promotional Activities.

14. Responsible for regular inflow of Marketing department MIS.

15. Work to promote revenue, profitability and growth of the organisation.

16. Promote the Company image and reputation in line with the values of quality, fairness, promptness etc.

17. Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
