Assistant General Manager - Sales & BD - Facility Management Services (8-15 yrs)
Summary :
Sales and business development of Facility Management Services viz- (Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance, Gardening, pest control, fa- ade cleaning and outsourcing of manpower etc.)
Roles & Responsibility :
- Responsible for P & L of Facility Management Services
- Leading a team & contributing to overall Sales Growth, Operations delivery in Key Accounts, follow Sales Process effectively
- Making business development plans and strategies
- Monitoring market movements in terms of business volumes, opportunities, competition, trends, market share etc. using formal and informal channels of communication and reporting the same to management
- Management of new opportunities, including routine contact, expanding service offering and exploring new opportunities within existing clients/new clients.
- Successful mapping & working on High value contracts, bids, tenders
- Effectively maintain and strengthen Relationships with Clients.
- Prospecting, researching & qualifying Facility Management Proposals.
- Sending proposals and giving presentations to clients.
- Renewal of the contracts / retention
- Ensuring generation and monitoring of MIS
