Assistant General Manager - Manufacturing Firm (12-20 yrs)
We are urgently Hiring for AGM Marketing for Manufacturing Industry
Qualification Required-Btech Mechanical/MBA will be added Advantage
Job Role:
- Customer focus & Business development experience
- Overall Customer Co-ordination and communication
- Ensuring Schedule's meet for customers, as well new customers in pipeline.
- Monitoring and Managing Daily Plan vs Supplies to Meet Monthly Sales Target to achieve organizational Budget.
- Coordination with Production planning to execute orders.
- Monitoring all customers- dispatches (Logistic, Packing and Documentation).
- Coordinating All the Onsite Customer- end Support & Service.
- Coordinating Internal Audit at planned intervals to ensure the Marketing quality management system adhered.
- Coordinating ISO standards and is effectively implemented and maintained in the responsible area.
- Quote preparation and pricing discussions with customer.
- Experience in Costing and Financial Analysis.
- Ability to understand the change in Market scenario.
- Set Budget, Business Plan, Sales Forecast and adherence.
- Co-ordinate and follow up design & development, and Mfg. department.
- Project Management.
Note: candidate from Design, manufacturing and sale of Fabricated parts, Structural weld assemblies, Modules, Various Components especially for the Automotive, Off-highway, BCP (Building construction products) and CE mfg. Industries would be prefer.
