Assistant Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for Assistant Development Manager with a background in marketing and field sales. Your responsibility as a business development manager will be to maximize sales of the company's goods and services while ensuring an easy sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Lead an Company of sales managers.
- Building the agency and creating the sales manager staff.
- Charged with overseeing the sales manager's output and supporting them at the start
Manage relationships.
- Training and product support;
- channel support and sales procedure management;
- administrative and control duties
Desired Candidate profile:
- Any Graduate.
- 2+ Years of Exp. in Sales and Marketing.
- Age: 21 to 37 years.
- Local candidate is preferable.
- Good communication skills
