Assistant - Customer Relationship Management/Sales - FMCG (1-3 yrs)
- Monitoring relationships with existing customers and providing an effective sales funnel
- Developing innovative and novel techniques of attracting and onboarding new sets of customers and ensuring timely collections
- Executing new onboardings, cross selling initiatives and low hanging collections
- Be the SPOC for all the registrations, procedural work and handovers to the specific customer and providing them with a warm onboarding experience
- Excellent communication skills - English & Hindi must.
- Product sales experience would be an added advantage.
- Preferably someone with BPO experience or who has done sales for FMCG company.
