POSITION SUMMARY
To develop and grow their Institutional Catering Business by working closely with the Senior team to achieve growth and client retention targets. This requires prospecting and lead generation to contribute to the development of the sales pipeline in keeping with segment strategy
Selection Criteria
- Graduate / Masters in Sales & Marketing
- 5 to 6 years of experience in Sales and Business Development experience in Corporate Events & Facilities Services
- Experience of using a client relationship management system
- Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Negotiation, Influencing and Interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of the P & L
- Good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail - thinks ahead and pre-empts possible setbacks and obstacles
- Strong interpersonal skills and rigorous attitude to ensuring plans, deadlines are adhered
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Excellent project management skills
- Ready to travel Pan India, if this is the Business requirement.
- Ability to work as a team and autonomously
- The ability to adapt to meet a frequently changing workplace
