Assistant Brand Manager - FMCG (7-15 yrs)

we are looking a candidate for "Asst. Brand Manager" for Ahmedabad Location

Job Profile :

Domain Expertises in:

Marketing Strategy Development :

- Leverage consumer insights, U & A patterns, Brand consumption to identify potential for business expansion and Brand Extensions into newer Business Categories.

- Framing strategies for establishing greater awareness about the- brand and its offering across categories.

- Close monitoring of performing SKU, Monitoring the depth and width of brand distribution, Devising schemes, and promos to arrive at targeted volume.

Planning & Financial Management :

- Strategizing the Annual Brand Marketing Calendar in line with the Brand Vision and Objectives, deploying the marketing mix, maintaining brand budgets, monitoring spends & product contributions and Product P&L.

- Implementing innovative value engineering initiatives to- consistently optimize the P&L for the brand

Consumer Communication :

- Creating insightful brand communication and communication strategy for all brands by considering TG, competition environment, hygiene factors, etc.

- Handling entire ATL communication of brand including TV- commercials, starting from concept development, storyboarding, venue and model selection, Celebrity Endorsement, production, and post-production.

- Developing marketing assets like product works of literature, teasers, brochures, Tech briefs & presentations, brand reminders & other promotional tools.

Market Research : 

- Analyze Nielsen Reports in terms of Volume, Retail penetration, Distribution health etc. Driving Brand Research for the business. Designing & monitoring frameworks for internal & external research on product & concept evaluation

Innovation & New Product Development :

- Study and analyze the feasibility of new product in existing brand portfolio from the brand architecture perspective.

- Identification of potential markets of the new product based upon- primary and secondary data analysis.

- Preparation of complete market launch timeline plan for new- product including communication concept finalization, marketing calendar for a year, introductory offer working, etc.
