Assistant Brand & Communication Manager - Marketing - Petcare/FMCG (4-8 yrs)

Job Purpose :

- We are looking for a self-motivated brand and communications asst. manager for our pet care business unit. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide array of business functions including branding, communication channels, product development, online and offline promotions, and market research. You will also focus on the development of brand architecture to developing internal and external communications for both on-line and off-line marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Brands :


- Perform regular consumer and market research studies to gather important brand data

- Measure and report on success of marketing campaigns

- Anticipate consumer trends and keep brand up to date

- Develop custom brand management plans and submit updated summaries on brand exposure to management each month

- Assist in the design of retail packaging as well as the creation of in-store marketing displays

- Maintain contact with vendors and distributors to get critical input on how product design and implementation can be improved

- Work closely with several advertising agencies to manage brand marketing campaigns

- Measure and report on success of marketing campaigns

- Anticipate consumer trends and keep brand up to date

Communications :


- Assist with all marketing communications for digital media, print media and broadcast media

- Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials.

- Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready.

- Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, exhibitions and promotions.

- Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.

- Building on the business strategy for India, plan for and implement creative, effective tactics that differentiate the company from the competition and align with the overarching marketing communications strategy supporting our business

- Generate compelling, engaging content to support content-driven integrated strategy.

- Strategizing and implementing campaigns leveraging both traditional (collateral, print advertising, direct mail, etc.) and digital (social media, digital advertising, websites, email, etc.) marketing tactics.

Budget : 12-15 LPA

- At least Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field, MBA strongly preferred

- 4-8 Years of experience in a Marketing role developing , brand strategy and implanting campaigns; digital marketing certificate preferred
