Handling Hubli Location In Micro Housing loan/Lap Loan Etc.
- Responsible for achieving targets.
- Ensure for 100% sanction ratio and timely conversion of login files
- Coordinate with credit team for PD visit and timely sanction.
- Coordinate with operation team for timely disbursements.
- Ensuring 100% encashment on Disbursed cases.
- Maintain relationship with legal and for the legal and valuation process.
- Ensure MODT& Registration to be done and the PDD to handed over on time.
- Collecting regular calling and sales report from the team, and ensure for regular Logins and Disbursements.
- Ensure all the team members are trained regularly with product and policies.
- Learn and upgrade Product and Policies and Delegation matrix.
