Job Description :
- Recruit,engage and launch CBMs
- Ensure that CBMs recruit,appoint and train PFAs
- Ensure that CBMs work towards helping their PFAs achieve business targets
- Ensure that PFAs of CBMs have a healthy persistence
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6 years- work experience with 3-4 years- experience in sale of life insurance products
- Past experience in managing High Performing LI agents(MDRTs/COTs/TOTs/ClubsMembers)
- Experience in managing and supervising teams of at least 3 to 5 persons
