- Recruit,engage and launch Business Associates
- Ensure that Business Associates recruit,appoint and train Associates
- Ensure that Business Associates work towards helping their Associates achieve business targets
- Ensure that Associates of Business Associates have a healthy persistency
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 6 years- work experience with 3-4years- experience in sale of life insurance products
- Past experience in managing High Performing LI agents(MDRTs/COTs/TOTs/ClubsMembers)
- Experience in managing and supervising teams of atleast 3 to 5on roll employees.
