Assistance Sales Manager - Life Insurance (1-3 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruitment, evaluation, and training of new agents.
- Making action plans and assessing performance.
- Building relationships of trust with the team and the clients.
- Guaranteeing effective time management among all employees.
- Preserving an adherence to agency policies, procedures, and rules.
- Examining current market and industry trends and using what is discovered to enhance businesses
Desired Candidate Profile :
Minimum 1 To 4-year Experience in insurance/BFSI
Age : 21 to 38 years
- Must be graduation
CTC : 2.75 To 3.75 LPA + Performance + Heavy incentive based on sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentation skills
