Assistance Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- Our Sales department is in search of an Assistant Sales Manager to join us on an intermediate basis.
- You should possess good decision-making skills and the ability to communicate efficiently. You should also have good organizational and sales skills.
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
- Answering all the questions of the clients related to the product and/or services.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with current and prospective clients.
- Maintaining a positive working environment.
- Research and develop new sales opportunities or new markets
- Lead insurance agents and track performance.
- Handling insurance policy renewals.
- Expanding client base by communicating with the clients.
Qualifications for Sales Manager :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in Field sales
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- Excellent leadership skills
