Currently, we are hiring for Business Development Manager
Position - BDM / SDM / CAM
Experience - 2 year
Location - Kolkata ( West Bengal )
Primary Responsibilities:
- Recruiting by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors
- Recruitment of quality advisors through field, natural market and other activities
- Ensure that advisors undergo proper training on products, regulations and other selling inputs
- Monitoring and tracking of business performance of advisors
- Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client meetings
- Guiding advisors on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets
- Helping in need analysis of prospective customers to high level of customer satisfaction leading to customer delight
- Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment
- Accountable for revenue generation and achievement of business targets
Candidate Profile:
2+ years of Field Sales Experience
Local Candidate
Age: 22 to 37 Years
Graduated in any field
