Assistance Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for a reliable and qualified candidate to join our Sales team as a Field Sales Manager.
Roles :
1. Recruit Agency Partners and advisors
2. Daily update about the status of business and applicability in the contest
3. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly Agency partner meetings
4. Set sales targets and motivate a sales team
5. Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Age should not be more than 38 years
- Two-wheelers are mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Candidate must be having knowledge of the local market
- Graduation is mandatory
