Assistance Manager - Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Ability to work in field with confidence in field.
- Make sure employees follow the company's rules, processes, and legal requirements.
- Examine and accept papers pertaining to insurance policies, applications, claims, and other associated documents.
- Encourage cooperation, teamwork, and the sharing of best practices among the agents.
- To make sure the appropriate business practices are followed and put into practice for high-quality business procurement.
Eligibilities :
- Graduate/ Post -Graduate
- Candidates should have 2-4yrs experience
- Age range : 22 to 38
