Job Summary :

- Our company is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and achieving sales goals. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, driving revenue growth, and building relationships with customers. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a passion for sales and customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team targets.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management on sales metrics, trends, and opportunities.

- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth.

- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential customers.

Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on residential and open plot sales.

- Proven track record of exceeding targets and achieving sales goals.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work on a target-based system and drive results.

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
