Content Associate/Writer

Who do we need :

i) Graduate with an affinity towards writing blogs, articles and copies for a specific target audience. Online publishing experience is preferred, specifically on Wordpress.

ii) Top-notch communication skills (both oral and written)

iii) Basic eye for images with an idea of online photo editing.

iv) Basic know-how of working with WordPress, and Google Analytics is an added value.

v) Experience of working on blogs and some of the social media channels mentioned.

Location : Gurgaon

Experience : 1- 3 years in relevant field

Responsibilities :

As part of the marketing team, you would do the following:

i) Research, understand your target audience and come up with content ideas which best lead to brand building, sales and engagement with them.

ii) Creating content - From ideation, working on a content calendar, writing blogs, searching appropriate visual resources and publishing them, to promotion on social media channels - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Quora.

iii) Working on support marketing materials - mailers, newsletters and B2B drafts.

iv) Coordination with different departments to procure relevant data and support for stories.

iv) Connecting with industry insiders, freshers and the relevant subjects to work on interview-based stories.

v) Brainstorming on a content strategy and editorial calendar to achieve brand objectives, drive traffic and engagement.

vi) Tracking, analyzing and reviewing the ROI, and brainstorm improvements month-on-month to engage and provide value to our user community.

vii) Maintain trackers and keep a track of responses on social media.
