Aspire Systems - Market Research Role (1-4 yrs)
- Collect the company information based on the criteria given by the marketing and sales team and add it to the marketing system and sales CRM.
- Validate the list of companies, and add the new companies to the system removing the duplicates.
- Cleanup the existing data in the marketing system and move it to the sales CRM
- Understand the criteria given by the team and retrieve the list of companies form the professional sites and marketing system, and share it to them.
- Process the bounced mail list and find the alternate new mail id / guess id's and update it in the system.
- Do other adhoc request given by the marketing and sales team
- Collecting data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations
- Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover prospective customers- preferences
- Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it
- Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis
- Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
- Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases
- Proven market research analysis experience
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
- Working knowledge of data warehousing, modelling and mining
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
