Aspire Impact, a leading social enterprise in leadership & ecosystem development; focused on impact assessment, certification & ratings; is seeking to hire a Manager/Sr. Manager - Sales & Marketing.

This is a long-term work-from-home opportunity, reporting to the Director-CIA. We welcome women returning to workforce who may have been off the workforce for 5-10 years.

The key responsibilities of the Manager- Sales & Marketing will include:

- Evolve & Execute Marketing Strategy

- Build client portfolio

- Creation of sectoral decks & proposals

- Presentation/Pitching to potential clients

- Achieve revenue targets

- Create and manage sales pipeline

- Manage, Grow & Leverage Online Social Media Assets

Candidate Profile :

Preferred background :

Business Development & sales of Services, Client Management

Qualifications :

As a start-up in a new sector, the Manager should be flexible and adaptable to emerging realities and trends. S/he must therefore possess the following qualifications:

- Post Graduate Degree in Business or Social Development

- Minimum of 4, ideally 10 years- experience

- Detailed-orientation

- Strong English-level communication skills (written and verbal)

- Revenue orientation and established track record of performance
