Aspiration Energy is an innovator in Energy Efficient technologies and a pioneer in high-temperature industrial Heat Pumps, and has been successful in serving several major corporates in the automotive, hospitality and pharma sectors. Aspiration Energy is looking to hire highly driven and capable sales managers who will expand its leadership in the Heat Pump sector, and take it to greater heights. The sales managers will not only be in the front line representing the company, but also be helping the top management in taking critical business decisions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Identifying potential customers, establishing contacts, visiting them, understanding their requirements and helping them improve their energy efficiency by using Heat Pumps.

- Building a sales pipeline for the assigned region

- Managing and interpreting customer requirements - technical & commercial.

- Creating and presenting techno-commercial proposals

- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing to terms and conditions

- Establishing new relationships and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

- Plan and forecast sales

- Monitor competitor activities and keep the management updated about latest trends in the market and

- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop promotions and offers

- Update and maintain Sales MIS for the designated region
