Area Sales Manager


- This is a field sales role and the selected candidate will have to travel within the city daily


- Execute the approved sales plan and achieve results on a weekly/monthly basis

- Manage market outstanding within norms and ensure collections are in line with targets

- Ensure proper route planning to maximize market coverage efficiency

- Explore new sales/marketing/ collection ideas to achieve set targets

- Conduct outreach activities contacting various consumer communities (Apartment/Residents Associations, Schools, Companies, Clubs, etc.)

- Pitch our campaigns to various consumer communities and get them to sign up with us

- Create various sales promotion activities (stalls, events, online events) as part of the campaign

- Develop good rapport with consumers to retain them, address their concerns and service their requirements

- Work closely with the operations team to retain customers, prudent stock management, excellent customer service (including last mile delivery)

- Report daily to Head of Sales as per Company requirements and follow the sales plan diligently
