Responsibilities:-

- Presenting residential project and plans to brokers and potential clients.

- Follow-up's with potential clients interested in Residential housing Establish and maintain relationship with clients Coordination with clients and booking appointments to show the property to prospective buyers.

- Attending existing clients at site and coordinating with them on the phone, handling incoming enquiry calls, preparing daily lead generation report, sourcing, CRM, following up with leads, preparing prospect list networking.

- Handling a Team Ensuring a Maximum channel partners activation for our projects in Mira Road East.

- Ensuring to targets met Be a liason between cp and closing team in order to close the deals. Providing the support and services to channel partners.

- You will be reaching out to the Real estate channel partners in the locality assigned to you to onboard them through calls or through physical meetings.

- Increase our reach and awareness about the project among the channel partner community and onboard the interested CPs.

- You will also be responsible for conducting meetings with interested CPs to persuade them and motivate them to actively engage in lead generation activity.

- This role also expects that the candidate is always at the lookout for high performing CPs and do all the efforts within their limits to drive the CPs for lead generation.

- The candidate is also responsible for coordination for site visits with prospective buyers and enables the deal closure.

- Addressing any queries, doubts of the CPs and prospective buyers to maintain a healthy and professional approach.

- Providing lead quality analysis reports to Marketing team to ensure better quality lead flow

- Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback and coaching to help team members improve their performance.

- Managing the Walk-in pipeline, forecasting Walk-in targets, and providing regular updates to senior management.

- Collaborating with marketing and advertising teams to create and execute effective campaigns that generate leads and drive Walk-ins.

- Maintaining Monthly Walk-in Trend reports and MIS reports.

Requirements:-

- Postgraduate Degree / Diploma in Management studies.

- 2+ years of Real Estate Sales experience ( Closing ).

- Residential Sales experience.

- Proven record of specializing in Closing.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills.

- Ability to Manage, Motivate, Mentor team members.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Outstanding presentation & negotiation skills.

- Good Coordination skills with Internal & External Stakeholders.
