Job descriptions : (Minimum 6~8 direct resposibilities)

1. Good Exposure to South American, Africa, Middle East and APAC Region is a MUST

2. Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results

3. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for EXPORT Customers; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products

4. Formulate business action plans. Monitor & control running budgets.

5. Handle all Customers Complains, Suggestions & Correspondence in a timely fashion.

6. Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors

7. Implementing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building/market development effort. Like - International Trade Shows.

8. Customers survey regarding the product application, development feedbacks and satisfactions.

9. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them (2W/3W/4W)

10. Set, monitor and report on team goals

11. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

12. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

13. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

14. Prepare- sales contract and sales agent contracts, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

15. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
