Job Summary :

- Ashbee Smart Waste Management is looking for a competitive and motivated Sales Manager- with a passion for driving sales, who can also discover and develop new sales opportunities.

- Identify potential clients and decision makers within the target market of the waste industry. Generate promising new leads through pre-sales customer meetings, gathering market intelligence, researching and networking.

- Touch base with existing customer database to develop and solicit new sales opportunities and build client relationships.

- Prepare and deliver relevant and effective client presentations on company- solutions and offerings.

- Understand operational problems and requirements of customers and offer customized solutions and proposals accordingly, that align with their pain points.

- Achieve sales targets by consistently communicating and doing follow- with potential and existing customers, through in person meetings, emails and cold calls.

- Develop proposals and documentation for potential clients, with guidance and support from internal team.

Interact, present and deal with clients at all organizational levels effectively and confidently. Gather feedback from customers and - share with internal teams.

- Understand and learn detail- and about Ashbee SWM products and solutions.

- Experience in dealing with customers from Infrastructure, Consulting firms, Government organizations and Municipal corporations is preferred.

- Prior Experience in handling high value projects preferred.

- Prior Experience in IT industry or waste management industry preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Possess great interpersonal skills with a good command over English language, Verbal & Written.

- Proven sales experience in relevant- consistently meeting targets assigned.

- Willingness to learn about company's tech solutions to be able to deliver a strong sales pitch.

- Knack and good- for technical knowledge, or experience with selling IT products/software preferred.

- You should be self-motivated, smart worker, fast Learner and sincere.

- Should be willing to travel, with good time management skills.

- Good team member, willing to collaborate with others to achieve better results.

- Proficient with MS Office.

- Ready for travelling.
