Aseem Enterprises - Customer Service Role (0-3 yrs)
- Attending to Phone Calls and Taking Client inquiries and requirements
- Updating orders on system and updating customers of availability and lead time of supply
- Informing clients of latest offers and schemes
- Sending quotations and PIs
- Processing orders into invoices.
- Coordination between warehouse and Sales team
- Should be able to use computers and should be fluent with excel and word
- Good communication skills,
- Having experience of working in a customer service job would be having an advantage
- Freshers also could apply
- Should be fluent in Hindi And English
