Job Description :

- We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Executive specializing in both Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) strategies to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong creative skills, and the ability to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive results.

Responsibilities :

Above The Line (ATL) Responsibilities :


- Develop and execute ATL marketing campaigns across various platforms including television, radio, print media, and outdoor advertising.

- Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and develop compelling advertising content that resonates with target audiences.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key insights and trends that inform ATL campaign strategies.

- Manage media planning and buying activities to optimize reach and frequency of ATL campaigns while staying within budgetary constraints.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Below The Line (BTL) Responsibilities :

- Plan, coordinate, and execute BTL marketing activities such as events, promotions, activations, and sponsorships.

- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and event organizers to ensure seamless execution of BTL initiatives within specified timelines and budget.

- Develop BTL marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional merchandise to support campaign objectives.

- Collaborate with sales teams to integrate BTL activities with sales initiatives and drive lead generation and conversion.

- Evaluate the success of BTL campaigns through metrics such as footfall, engagement, and ROI, and provide actionable insights for future improvements.

General Responsibilities :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, digital marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.

- Assist in the development of marketing plans, strategies, and budgets to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify emerging opportunities and threats.

- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and foster relationships.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on both ATL and BTL strategies.

- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.

- Creative thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
