Ascent Meditech - Head - Sales - Alternate Channels (12-18 yrs)

- The incumbent will be responsible to drive sales on Non-GT channels with major focus on E-Com platforms. Other channels include Modern Trade, Hospitals & other large format govt./non govt. Institutions.

1. Online channel sales including consumer acquisition strategy planning to leverage internal and external marketing resources.

2. Planning deals and promotions, successful online launches & price laddering

3. Keep a close watch on competition strategies both on launches, pricing & promotions

4. Coordination with external agency for best of the class execution

5. Create plans, targets and sell out programs to meet/exceed overall ABP

6. Evaluating & creating online opportunities to increase the share of business

7. Analysis & internal reporting of weekly sell in/sell out/business performance/ inventory & other relevant data to management. Activation of fulfilment centers owned & operated by marketplaces.

8. Explore and evaluate MT and other alternate channel opportunities (B2B) for Flamingo range of products

9. Close co-ordination with Digital promotion team to achieve pre-defined goals including reach, awareness or conversions.

Key Functional Requirements :

- Experience in online (E-com) selling space is must.

- MT/other B2B sales management experience is desirable but not mandatory.
