ASC Group - Assistant Manager - Business Development (2-5 yrs)

The position is in a tax consulting firm based out in Noida by name of ASC Group. We are a group of chartered accountants, company secretaries, lawyers, advocates, insolvency professionals, MBA (F) etc. We are around 25 years old organization having 7 offices in different cities of India (Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai and Pune) and 2 offices in overseas (Singapore and Canada). The job responsibilities are as under:

LEAD GENERATION

- Responsible for identifying, approaching and setting up meetings with potential corporate clients based on a target list of leads

- Consult with confidence on the phone and in person with key individuals on the clients side

- Articulate how ASC can be of value to prospective clients- success

- Calendar qualified meetings between ASC Leadership & prospects

- Achieve monthly and quarterly goals for qualified meetings

- Responsible for mapping and engaging with key decision makers on the client side to enable further business development opportunities for the ASC Leadership team to pursue

- Documents sales activities in a timely manner. Maintains profiles of all current and prospective customers

- Reports regularly on lead generation activities and opportunities and reviews progress against forecast and targets with the Department Head

- Responsible for Meeting clients and close the leads.

- Meeting the clients as and when required.

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT

- Must successfully approach potential customers, create and deliver a face-to-face sales presentation that demonstrates knowledge of ASC service offerings.

- Develop, maintain and expand relationships with key purchase influencers

- Manage client obligations, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction after client is signed up

- Work with sales support team to develop and implement specific client communication plans, inclusive of content, timelines and communication vehicle, to ensure that clients are provided with regular, proactive and high quality engagement updates

- Schedule and attend regular client meetings or conference calls to keep client engaged and updated

QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS

- Graduate/MBA in sales & marketing or finance & marketing

- Preferred Functional Skills

- Basic understanding of Corporate Sales

- Excellent communication & relationship management skills

- Behavioural Competencies - Should be determined, adaptable, a quick learner and have a go-getter attitude
