We are strong team with team members from London Business School, Columbia Business School, IIM, XLRI, National Institute Of Design, Forest Institute of Research Dehradun.
We have carefully built a perfect team covering all aspects of furniture design & manufacturing business. All co-founders spare 2/3 hrs a day currently while continuing with their respective jobs. All co-founders have equity in single digit, making it balanced team.
We are now looking for Co-founder Sales on Equity Basis.
We expect Co-founder Sales to lead Sales Function & guide company to next phase. She/he should be willing to spare time for this role from current role & willing to join full time once we have sufficient revenue or fund raising. Once we enter this phase, Co-founder Sales will be eligible for salary over & above allocated equity.
