Arya College of Engineering - Admissions Officer - Sales (2-10 yrs)
- We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Admissions Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, managing inquiries, and closing admissions efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Admissions Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining the college's reputation by ensuring a smooth and welcoming admissions process for new students.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to inform them about the college, our programs, and the value of our education.
- Answer incoming calls and emails from prospective students, providing detailed information about the college, admission requirements, and application process.
- Follow up with prospective students through phone, email, and text messages to encourage completion of their application process.
- Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person meetings with prospective students and their families to discuss educational opportunities at Arya College of Engineering.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of communications with prospective students in the admissions database.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching potential students.
- Participate in college fairs, open house events, and other recruitment activities.
- Provide feedback from prospective students to help improve marketing and admissions strategies.
- Meet and exceed admissions targets set by the college.
