Arvind Fashions - Manager - Retail Store (3-6 yrs)
We are hiring Store Manager for our brand stores at Bangalore(multiple locations).
Job Responsibilities :
- Supervision and Leadership-Supervise and lead the store team in the absence of the Store Manager. Provide guidance and support to staff members.
- Customer Service- Ensure excellent customer service is provided by the store team.
- Resolve customer complaints and address issues promptly.
- Sales and Revenue- Assist in achieving sales targets and goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance.
- Inventory Management- Oversee inventory control to maintain accurate stock levels. Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Staff Training and Development- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
- Visual Merchandising-Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and in accordance with company guidelines. Implement promotional displays to drive sales.
- Operational Support- Assist in managing daily store operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Budgeting and Financial Management- Assist in budget preparation and expense control.Monitor financial performance against targets.
- Safety and Security- Ensure a safe and secure store environment for both employees and customers. Implement loss prevention measures.
- Communication- Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and other team members. Relay important information to the staff and address any concerns.
- Team Collaboration- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Encourage teamwork and a strong sense of community among staff.
-Must Have : - Excellent communication skills, Grooming and Personality.
-Preferred Candidate : - Apparels & Footwear Sales Background
Age:- Not more than 28 years
Experience:- Min 3 Years as Team lead
