Arvato - Technical Presales Executive (2-5 yrs)
The job required providing pre-sales support for home and business customers across the globe (mainly US, EMEA region).

Duties and responsibilities
- Candidate must have good understanding of Windows operating system. Linux and OS X knowledge would be preferable.
- Understanding of a wide range of technologies like networking, security, network management, and newer market trends. Should be able to translate the business requirements into a multi-product solution.
- Understanding technical environment of the clients and positioning solution sales pitch and articulating business value presentations to clients for securing profitable business.
- Should have relevant technical sales experience.
- Fresher with technical education (B.Tech/BCA/MCA) and good sales skills
- Graduates without any technical education (BE/BCA/MCA) are also eligible who have sales experience in technology.
- Virtualization, Cloud and backup/recovery knowledge would be considered as an additional advantage
Candidate must meet following criteria.
- He/She must be a graduate
- Should be fluent in spoken and written English
