Arvato - Executive - Inside Sales (3-10 yrs)

Objectives : To develop, execute and measure Demand Generation for existing customers

- To create opportunity pipeline that results in full quota attainment

- To create and execute daily calling plans as an essential pipeline step to achieve subsidiary Revenue (Telesales role will execute a customer reach plan through generating qualified sales opportunities for Client and Client's partners)

- To position partners and field sales engagement successfully with customer accounts as appropriate once an opportunity is qualified.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for generating pipeline of qualified opportunities that will feed the partners.

- Full integration with field in each region

- Send out weekly updates on the interlock details with field

- Work with Breadth Lead to set monthly targets in the last 2 working days of the last month

- Channelize all leads, calling DB lists etc to team for execution as MQPs on CRM

- Ensure that team is following MQPs on Seibel for day to day follow ups, updating call notes etc

- Able to identify opportunities that meet Client's financial parameters and customer needs through matching the best fit for customer and implementation with the best fit MS partner

- Able to discuss solutions with a customer relating to a business requirement

- High degree of knowledge of License/Services offerings, with a strong ability to communicate software solutions for the company

- Able to solve problems with customers as a first escalation point

- Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with senior executives of the company, Demonstrate the ability to build and expand on new relationships.

Key Metrics - Pipeline size, aging and quality (from CRM)

- Revenue growth

- Generating Opportunity

- Profiling the customer base

- Customer reach

- Solution Selling

- Customer Satisfaction

Required Skill Set :

- Minimum 3 years sales experience preferably in IT and/or Telesales

- Local language fluency

- Fluent oral and written English

- Organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills

- College degree - preferably in IT

- Familiarity with issues & challenges related to Large Businesses.

- Handling Large/ Premium Account Management experience preferred

- Experience and understanding of the IT industry preferred

- Knowledge of Cloud Computing preferred
