Arthimpact Digital Loan - Cluster Coordinator - Sales (1-4 yrs)

Position : Cluster Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for identifying, creating and developing customer/Retailer base in the business centers

- Responsible for offering and selling financial services solutions, especially micro-credit and payment services to MSMEs in the centers

- Generating payment segment customer leads for credit solutions in the market and successfully completing application formalities

- Maintain & review cluster MIS in the system and records at the centers

- Solve customer related issues and support customer query resolution

- Maintain brand presence and good repute in the centers

- Manage the ASK Centre business portfolio

- Daily task to include customer and market visits - to ensure

- Lead sourcing for payment business - AEPS/BBPS/MATM

- Customer Loan Requests and retailer onboarding

- Complete Customer loan Application and onboarding

- Ensure retailer income through transactions.

- Follow up on repayments

- Ensure timely collections

- Customer engagement

- Cross-sell insurance solutions

- Engage with channel partners for lead generation

Qualification & Skills required :

- Graduate in any discipline, candidate having Post-Graduation will be given preference.

- At least 1-3 years- experience in Fintech/Payments/ financial solutions/ distribution businesses

- Candidates with Fintech & Financial Inclusion and or experience in retailer identification are preferred

- Good communications and interpersonal skill

- Good command of spoken and written in both Hindi & English

- Proficiency in use of MS Word and Excel
